burn bright not out

When our path is overgrown with conflicts, high pressure, emotional burdens, unrealistic expectations or persistent stress, this has a damaging effect on our body, mind and soul in the long term. We can no longer get through, the journey comes to a standstill and becomes stressful. The consequences can be physical illness or mental exhaustion, and even burnout. It is therefore important to strengthen our mental and emotional as well as our physical resilience and to know ourselves well.

Resilience is our mental immune system. For me, it describes a holistic way of being in life and connecting with others and the world around me. Resilience is our equipment of strengths, values, goals, awareness and many other resources that bring us clarity and support, and that carry us on our life journey. It is our footwear and our (inner, unshakeable) compass.

When the waves of everyday life start to rise again, a resilient attitude helps us to face difficult situations and stress with inner calm and composure. We move from blind reaction patterns (often emotionally influenced) into conscious action. We take the wheel back into our own hands and act in harmony with our true nature and for the good of the community.

All paths that lead to our center promote our resilience. I am happy to show you or your team methods that range from practical self-management and time management to long-term effective meditations, physical exercises, reflective writing and much more. Tailored to your needs and the landscape of your being.
