- Professional reorientation
- Professional and personal development
- High sensitivity
- Clarity about your own life path
As coach, I am your process facilitator and use questions, creative methods, reflection exercises and deep listening to help you find the best solution for your concerns. To do this, I hold a trusting and appreciative space in which everything is allowed to be and where you are accepted just as you are. There is no right or wrong in coaching. You are allowed to show yourself. You can dream big. You can be yourself.
We are often only ready for (profound) changes when either the suffering or the longing has become great enough. Dissatisfaction is then usually the motivation for coaching. Dissatisfaction because there is something we don’t want (the suffering) or because something is missing that we do want (the longing).
Once this dissatisfaction has taken hold, it is difficult to get out of it on your own. Stress arises and a clear view of your situation is hardly possible. This prevents you from finding the way out. And this is exactly where coaching can help. A coach supports you to move forward where you keep getting stuck on your own.
And this is how we work together in coaching: You are the expert for the topics we are working on. I am the expert for the structure and the process that will lead you to your new life.
By the way: Coaching on professional topics can generally be claimed on your tax return. Ask your tax advisor about this.

Distinction from therapy and counseling
Coaching is a professional, individual process to work one-on-one on achieving personal or professional goals, and on identifying and overcoming obstacles, building confidence and developing new skills and perspectives professional or private situations.
What it is not: Coaching is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for it. Coaching cannot be used to deal with deep traumas, addictions, anxiety, depression and other diagnosable mental health problems that require therapeutic treatment.
Coaching is also not counseling. Coaching assumes that the solutions and answers already exist within the client.
